Dear Meridian Soccer Members,
In light of the unprecedented times, we will be canceling the traditional outdoor season but will be considering alternatives for later in the summer or fall once the play is allowed to be resumed. Obviously, this is an ever-changing situation but we are in line with the lead of our governing bodies, including CSA and SSA, as well as municipal, provincial, and federal recommendations.
All soccer and fundraising fees will be refunded back to all registered players. This process will take 10-30 days, as there are over 300 paid registered players to refund. As registrations are at different stages of paying base soccer fees and fundraising fees we have created a strategy to refund as efficiently as possible.
Due to limits by the bank, not all refunds can be made by e-transfer. Once we have processed the maximum allowable refunds through the bank the remaining will be processed by cheque and mailed out by Canada Post.
