Indoor 2026/2027 Program Information

Whether it’s your first season or far from it, we are happy to have you. 

Meridian Soccer offers programming for ages 2 - 16, including a skills academy and a goalkeeping academy.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

• Parent & Tot Kindersoccer (Ages 2-3)

   

  Kindersoccer is for players born in 2023/2024

  Kindersoccer, where young children embark on an exciting journey of discovery through instructor-led parent and tot classes. Our program is specially designed to nurture their gross motor skills while introducing them to the fundamentals of soccer. We believe that learning should be a joyful adventure, and our classes provide a delightful environment where kids can take their first steps into the world of organized sports.

• Development Program - Under 5 - Under 9

   

  Under 5 - Under 9 COED is for players of all genders born in 2018-2022.

  ---

  There is no tiering or selection process, but our technical staff will work to balance the teams evenly.
  Programming is held twice a week and is led by volunteer coaches with on-field technical support.

• Skills Academy - U6 to U17

  Registrants must be born between 2010 and 2021.

  This program is perfect for players of all levels who want to improve their soccer skills in a fun and supportive environment. It includes a variety of drills and activities designed to enhance dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive skills. Each session is crafted to build confidence, promote teamwork, and ensure that every participant has a great time. 

  Players registered in the Technical Skills Academy will be placed in Time 1 or Time 2 based on like-minded skill levels,
  development needs, and overall readiness. This helps ensure each player is challenged appropriately while building confidence and enjoying the game.

• Goalkeeper Academy - U9 to U17

  This program is designed for players ages 9-15, focusing on developing essential goalkeeping skills in a fun and supportive environment. It's ideal for players of all levels looking to improve their game. Our experienced coaches will guide participants through drills and activities aimed at enhancing shot-stopping, diving, positioning, and distribution skills. Each session is crafted to build confidence, promote teamwork, and ensure that every participant enjoys the experience.

 Evaluations

• If your child is underage but would like to be considered for evaluations with the age group above them, please email registrar@meridiansoccer.ca to request to be a part of the evaluations. A $25 evaluation fee will be applied to your account.
• Players interested in joining a travel team must register, pay, attend evaluations and be assessed. Based on their development and experience, they will be placed on either a Travel Team or in the Recreation League. The travel team program has higher costs than the Recreation League, and participants are expected to attend two practices per week, out-of-town tournaments and events.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Registration Deadline
Registration closes on TBD. Registrations submitted on or after this date will incur a $25 late fee.

Evaluations
Evaluations are not yet scheduled.

Outstanding Fees
All outstanding fees from previous seasons must be paid prior to participating in the 2026/2027 Indoor Season. Your RAMP account may be locked if fees remain unpaid.
If your account is locked, please contact the Club Administrator at registrar@meridiansoccer.ca to make the necessary arrangements.

Registration Fees
All players are charged the base registration fee at the time of registration based on their year of birth and registration package.
For players in the Recreation League (Non-Travel), this is the only fee required for the season.

Players wishing to be considered for a travel team must select the “Tryout Package” and attend evaluations.

Jersey
Every player will receive a new jersey for the 2026/2027 Indoor Season. The cost of the jersey is included in the registration fee, and players keep their jersey.

Payment Information

Registration payments are due within 48 hours of registering and may be made using the following methods:

• Credit Card

  Payments can be made through your RAMP account during registration or at any time after by logging in and selecting your outstanding balance. Please note that a 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
• E-transfer

  E-transfer Payments can be made to registrar@meridiansoccer.ca? 

  **Please ensure your child's name is in the memo of the E-transfer.** 

• KidSport

  To complete your registration, you must confirm your funding application by emailing registrar@meridiansoccer.ca within 24 hours of registering. More information can be found under the Financial Support tab.

• Jumpstart

   To complete your registration, you must confirm your funding application by emailing registrar@meridiansoccer.ca within 24 hours of registering. More information can be found under the Financial Support tab. 

• Payment Arrangements

VOLUNTER | COACHING OPPORTUNITIES

Meridian Soccer is seeking dedicated volunteers for the upcoming season, including head coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, and other support roles.

Our programs are built on the strength of parent and community involvement. Volunteers play a vital role in creating a positive, supportive, and development-focused environment for our players. No prior coaching experience is required. We provide guidance, resources, and support to help you succeed.

Coaches with 80% attendance and who meet compliance requirements will receive reimbursement of fees.

Refund Policy 

• During the online registration period (July 8^th- TBD): 25% non-refundable administration fee will be withheld.
• After registration closes (Date TBD), no refunds will be issued as funds are then committed to MSA and SSA.
